Job: Design and Install 500 Lbs/Hr Skid Mounted Steam Boilerplant
Scope of Work
Using a 20ft shipping container we were asked to produce a containerised steam boilerplant capable of producing 2000lbs/hr. We began by laying out the electrics within the container. We then:
- Totally re-conditioned a 2000 lbs/hr Wellman Robey Steam Boiler
- Supplied a re-conditioned blowdown receiver
- Manufactured a new hotwell tank and steel support stand.
- Manufactured steam distribution manifold
- Carried out pipework installation in an extremely neat fashion.
- Delivered to site and connected up to existing steam system.
