Design and Install 500 Lbs/Hr Skid Mounted Steam Boilerplant
Scope of Work
We were asked by the owners of the brewery to supply a 500lbs/hr steam boiler and associated equipment for their new brewery development. The issue was that they only had a tiny space at the back of the building where the Boilerplant could be housed, which was a challenge to say the least.
We sourced a re-conditioned Fulton Steam Boiler and set about manufacturing the remaining equipment before mounting everything upon a robust steel support skid built from checker plate and steel box section. We carried out all the inter-connecting service pipework at our works leaving just the final connecting up of the plant etc to be done once the skid was sited.
Although I can safely say it’s the most unusual siting of a Boilerplant we have carried out the owners were delighted with the install.
