To meet statutory requirements for operating industrial steam and hot water plant, facilities must undergo regular inspections. Preparation for inspection identifies any potential issues in the boiler plant and includes a programme of works to rectify problems, avoiding costly downtime if the boiler fails its annual or 5-year inspection.
Steam valves and actuators are also subject to strict testing guidelines, with many insurance companies insisting on annual inspection and recertification. Our mobile servicing team carry-out on-site valve diagnostics, repair, recertification and commissioning services, often at the same time as insurance preparation work. We have the expertise to overhaul and re-certificate all types of valves and fittings.
