We offer a complete on-site service to reduce time and costs and can also remove valves and undertake the servicing at our facility. This also applies to companies who have the expertise to remove valves and re-fit them once they are recertified.

It is now a requirement by insurance companies that boiler safety valves are tested and recalibrated on an annual basis. Mobile Valve Testing, Refurbishment and Certification
Our mobile service team visit facilities across the UK to inspect and recertify all types of steam boiler valves. The service van is equipped with a bench-mounted hydrostatic and pneumatic testing rig that uses water or nitrogen to measure leakage.
Mobile services are advantageous for several reasons. All testing and certification can be carried out on-site, reducing costs and the time a boiler needs to be decommissioned. Basic overhaul and repair works can be also carried out in the van and we carry a full stock of essential parts. Where necessary, valves are transported to out base for further refurbishment work.
